Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca.

Day 3: Chefcahoeun to Fes visiting Volubilis and Meknes.

Today, our 9 days tour from Casablanca will take us from Chefchaouen to Fes. First, we will stop at the UNESCO-protected ruins of Volubilis, the Romans’ most distant outpost in Africa. The complex has merchant residences with intact heating systems, temples, and numerous mosaics. Following, we will continue to Meknes, a smaller, less crowded version of Fes that serves as an introduction to your second imperial city. The Ville Impériale (Imperial City) and the medina are the two most important attractions. Here, we will visit the Bab al-Mansour gate, the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, and the Royal Stables.

Day 4: Guided tour of Fes Medina.

Day 5: Fes to Merzouga Desert via Ifrane, Cedar Forest and Zize Valley.

Today, our 9 days tour from Casablanca will take us from Fes to Sahara Desert via the high and middle Atlas Mountains. Before arriving to Ifrane, we will pass by Imouzar town. There, we will find the Atlas Lion monument, which a German prisoner sculpted in payment for his freedom. Follwing, we proceed to the largest  Cedar Forest in Morocco, where we will have time to see and take pictures of the Barbarian Monkeys.

First you will meet your guide who is gooing to show you all historical and cultural places, including the Koutoubia Menaret, the Saadian tombs, the exquisite Bahia Palace, and the Ben Youssef Coranic School. Before arriving at the famed Jamaa El Fna Square, conclude the morning with a stroll through the medina’s alleys, where you will have the opportunity to observe the various artists executing their trades.
